“When one door of happiness closes, another opens; but often we look so long at the closed door that we do not see the one which has been opened for us.” “I, not events, have the power to make me happy or unhappy today. I can choose which it shall be. Yesterday is dead, tomorrow hasn't arrived yet. I have just one day, today, and I'm going to be happy in it.” |

"Knowing is not enough; we must apply. Willing is not enough; we must do." "As soon as you trust yourself, you will know how to live." "Magic is believing in yourself, if you can do that, you can make anything happen." "The man with insight enough to admit his limitations comes nearest to perfection." |

The coaching experience has taught me that each person has their own individual speed for development, change and understanding. That small changes can in the long run make GREAT differences, that the process does not necessarily have to get immediate results. That it is possible that it can take (especially in the early stages of our realtionship) a few sessions to discover, define and to clarify exactly what my client really needs, wishes or desires, but that once we have made that discovery the progress and advancement are almost immediate. |

Beliefs are the Captains of our brain. When we think that something is certain, we literally enter a state in which "that" is truth. Handling them in an effective way, the beliefs can be the most powerful forces to create what is good in our lives. Beliefs control our destiny: Believing in ourselves... believing in our friends, families and others... those that believe in us. The birth of the excellence begins when we realise that our beliefs can also be chosen. |

There is always and answer to a question |

`Cheshire Puss,´ `Would you tell me, please, which way I ought to go from here?' Alice speaks to the Cheshire Cat
`That depends a good deal on where you want to get to,' said the Cat.
`I don't much care where--' said Alice.
`Then it doesn't matter which way you go,' said the Cat.
`--so long as I get somewhere,' Alice added as an explanation.
`Oh, you're sure to do that,' said the Cat, `if you only walk long enough.' |
