(The necessity of a method )
Coaching is made face to face, by telephone or by video conference in sessions of about 45 to 60 minutes, with a frequency that ranges between 3 to 4 sessions per month.
The sequence of a session of coaching could be:
1. The subject of the conversation. 2. The objective of the conversation. 3. The reality of the present situation. 4. The options that exist to obtain the objective. 5. The commitment towards the action.
Other very important aspects of coaching are:
1. The egalitarian and sinergy associated with the client. 2. The action is the answer, the learning is in the action. 3. To show the positive areas of strength in the person. 4. To support the change that the client seeks. 5. To center the responsibility of the results within the client. Our results are always a consequence of our decisions, actions or conduct and the reflection of our thoughts. The improvement begins to take place when we enrich our mental patterns thus generating new answers.
Coaching is a powerful means to develop yourself to be the best you can be, in your personal or/and professional life.
